About the CHW Program

The Community Health Worker (CHW) is a free resource for anyone who lives, works, or learns in Big Sky. The CHW can offer resources for medical providers, mental health resources and providers, financial assistance opportunities, social service programs, addiction and recovery supports, and community connections.

Hope Finch

“Hope gave me a ton of new tools going forward and for finding resources to meet my needs. Most importantly [she] gave me a new set of skills to survive."  - Client Testimonial

If you are interested in setting up a time to meet with the CHW, please fill out the referral form, so she knows how to best support you. This form takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The CHW will follow-up with you to schedule a time to meet.

The CHW is available Monday-Thursday from 8am-6pm. If you contact her outside these hours she will be in touch as soon as she is able (within 1-2 business days).

*WIA's CHW is not a mental health clinician. If you are looking to speak with a licensed provider immediately, please call 406-586-3333 to speak with a counselor from the Help Center in Bozeman - they are available 24/7.
